To serve you better, ULTA.com will begin to process your order immediately after you click the SUBMIT ORDER button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is submitted.

How long will Ulta hold an online order?

Easy peasy. You won’t be charged for the purchase until pickup, but an authorization hold will be placed on your card. You’ll have five days from the time your order is ready to pick up your order. After that, if you miss the window, your order will be canceled.

Does Ulta refund stolen packages?

Ulta said they are sorry but they won’t be offering a refund or reship. I asked if I could chose a shipping service or pay more for a premium shipping option with delivery confirmation. They said no.
